ABOUT ME

My name is Shealyn Fitzsimons, and I am a Writer, Director, and active Freelance Production Assistant based in Los Angeles.

Since graduating from DePaul University with a Bachelor's Degree in Film and Television production, I have made space for my craft in many corners of the entertainment industry. I have worked on several films, series, shorts, and have relevant experience in every stage of production.
 
From hours of runs at Live Nation, to fulfilling various roles on independent sets, to breaking new ground in IP protection at Lucasfilm, maintaining dedication to an ever-evolving industry has become my second nature.

My passion has always been the medium of film, and the ability to imitate life, love, loss, and human connection. I've committed myself to honing a strong practical skill-set that can help bring a creative vision to reality, and I ultimately strive to pursue the very same artistic expression in my own filmmaking.
